BEIJING -- Southwest China's Tibet autonomous region has realized full coverage of social insurance, according to a white paper released on Friday.
The region has established a social security system centering around five major types of insurance that cover all urban and rural residents, said the report titled "Tibet Since 1951: Liberation, Development and Prosperity," issued by China's State Council Information Office.
