The Tibet autonomous region will launch a new round of its Winter Tour Campaign on Jan 1 to attract more tourists to the region in the winter time, according to a statement released by the regional department of tourism development recently.
The total value of foreign trade in the Tibet autonomous region reached 4.16 billion yuan ($595 million) in the first 11 months of this year, an increase of 13.9 percent year-on-year, Tibet Daily reported.
